Refund Policy
NYCSPREP should receive a written or verbal notice of a student’s intention to terminate or cancel his/her enrollment one (1) week before the start date of the workshop. A refund of all money paid by the student minus an administrative fee of $50, will be provided within 10 days of termination date.
